One-to-One Coaching

Private, personalised sessions with your dedicated trainer. These are tailored entirely to your fitness level, goals, and schedule – ideal for those wanting a deeper focus and structure in a completely one-on-one format.

Better Together
(2-Person Sessions)

Train with a friend, partner, or family member. These two-person sessions are a fun and effective way to stay motivated, share the journey, and still receive individual attention.

Group of Three PT

Our three-person training sessions strike the perfect balance between personal attention and team energy. Whether it’s a group of mates, family members, or new mums looking to move together, this format is social, supportive, and super effective.

For new mums, this is a great way to return to fitness while staying connected. You’re welcome to bring bubs in their prams into the studio – just note that while our space is pram-friendly and welcoming, caring for little ones remains mum’s responsibility during the session.

Melissa brings over 15 years of experience, a BA in Human Movement and Communications, and certifications in nutrition, group fitness, and pre/postnatal training. She’s also an international fitness competitor, a former tennis coach of 10 years, and has led HIIT classes of over 80 people – but her biggest passion is helping real people make real, lasting change.

Lynne-Hutton

Meet Lynne – Strength, Soul & Serious Experience

With nearly 40 years in the fitness industry, Lynne’s journey began in 1987 as an aerobics instructor – leg warmers, high energy, and all! She’s since earned qualifications through the American Council of Exercise (1997) and the Australian Institute of Fitness (2005), with a deep passion for holistic, sustainable health.
