Your First Few Sessions: What to Expect
- A 30-minute, high-intensity, low-impact session (we’ll explain what that means!)
- Small group format — up to 12 people per class, with plenty of guidance and support
- A trainer who helps you through every step
- No complicated choreography or fancy equipment
- Space to pause, modify, and build confidence over time
We also offer a complimentary CoreStretch session — a 15-minute recovery and mobility class — which many beginners love to ease in and help their body adjust.
A Quick Note on Nerves
It’s totally normal to feel nervous. Most people do before their first session — but they usually walk out feeling proud, sweaty, and surprised at what they were able to do. You might feel the same.
