At HiiT4LiFE Northbridge, we’re not your average gym. We specialise in high-intensity, low-impact workouts in a fun, welcoming, and supportive small-group environment.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up, our sessions are designed to fit around your lifestyle—with 30-minute workouts, expert trainers, and a strong sense of community.

Our 7 HiiT-Style Workout Variations

(30 Minutes Each)

01

AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible)

Alternate between upper and lower body resistance exercises, completing as many rounds as possible within one-minute blocks. Simple format, big impact.

Ladders

A structured, partner-based session where you increase reps each round–climb the ladder–then decrease on the way back down. No timer, just you and your workout buddy getting it done.

PARTNER7

Team up and move through 7 exercises, alternating between machine-based resistance and auxiliary movements. A blend of cardio and resistance work, done to the timer with great variety.

Switch x2

Work unilaterally—one side at a time—repeating each exercise twice. A great way to build balance, coordination, and even muscle engagement on both sides of the body.

Tabata HIIT

A favourite among members! A high-intensity interval training session with upper and lower body exercises, repeated three times at each station. Great for cardio fitness, fast-paced and energising.

Step Circuit

A fun, fast-moving session using steps and machine stations. Expect a mix of cardio and strength exercises at each station–dynamic, upbeat, and full-body focused.

Weekend Circuit (Saturdays)

A social and energising full-body workout featuring 12 stations and 12 different exercises. This circuit-style session blends resistance and cardio training and is perfect for kicking off your weekend with movement and good vibes.

CoreStretch

Step Circuit

A calming, 15-minute session in a dimly lit room focused on joint mobility, core and lower back strength, and full-body stretching. It’s ideal for recovery, improving flexibility,
and helping your body reset between HiiT sessions. As part of your membership, you’ll get 2 CoreStretch sessions each week–completely complimentary. It’s our way of helping you feel your best, faster.
